We're on the lookout to hire folks into Clojure. Our entire backend is now in Clojure. We're also leveraging Hadoop/HBase, RabbitMQ, and Javascript among other tech.. We are finding that the use of Clojure allows us to do things with a very small team that would have been quite difficult with other technologies. We're VERY happy with our choice to base our tech on Clojure. Finding people that can contribute immediately with background in one or more of our core tech platforms has been a bit difficult though.
