has gone unanswered on the dev mailing list. Rich, can you answer this one? (I can't ask there since I am not on the list). This of interest to many since the data structures are getting adopted by other languages (Scala, Erjang, Seph) and projects which may be incompatible with the EPL license. Personally, I am interested in releasing clj-ds [1] as MIT licensed, but only if acceptable by Rich.
