e.g.
user=> (into {}
(for [[k v] {:a 3 :b 7}]
[k (inc v)]))
{:a 4, :b 8}
user=>
and to encapsulate as a function:
(defn fmap [f m]
(into {}
(for [[k v] m]
[k (f v)])))
