It does. I'm able to start the REPL by right-clicking on the project in the navigator and Run As... Clojure Application for Clojure 1.3.0-alpha7 with CCW 0.2.1 with nrepl 0.0.5 on my classpath. So I went back to my Ubuntu netbook and tried it there: I can always start the REPL by right-clicking on the project - but it always fails trying to start it via Load File in REPL (for Clojure 1.3.0).
