The following lines looks problematic:
(ns mainpage
(:use lib.dom-helpers))
That is, ClojureScript only supports the (ns foo (:require [a.b :as
c])) form. Try changing your ns declaration accordingly.
The error message could be slightly better I agree. ;-)
