I think it's probably harder to actually show 'best practice' in a lisp than say a language like java. The notion of a design pattern can always be abstracted away with functions or macros. So, the examples I've seen so far are very small scale, eg: use lazy seqs and function composition instead of loop/recur, that kind of thing.
