Something like the following?

foo.java:

  public class foo
  {
    public class bar
    {
      public bar()
      {
        System.out.println("Made a bar");
      }
    }
  }

and

  (import 'foo)
  (import 'foo$bar)
  (foo$bar. (foo.))
