Hello all, I have some scientific code written in Lisp (SBCL) that I'd like to convert to Clojure. However, to run efficiently on clusters, I'll need to learn use MPI.
I've looked at MPJ-Express here, http://mpj-express.org/ and I understand that in theory it should be consumable in Clojure, and in theory it should be nearly as fast as OpenMPI. Does anyone else have experience or perspectives on this? Should I just give up and rewrite in C++?
