I released 0.0.2 to clojars. It should now (hopefully) be possible to use eastwood with lein1. Note that eastwood will only work with projects that use Clojure version 1.3 and newer. This means that if you want to lint for example a leiningen plugin project you better use lein2 because lein1 runs on Clojure 1.2.1.
