Did you use a different project.clj which has

:native-path

?
Because it seems it's happening when trying to extract the native deps from
a jar into the lib folder in your project.
I tried adding :native-path "lib"
but nothing happens (no lib folder gets created)
Oh wait, are you using lein1 ?
