In MySql I have a table with a field called is_top_winner and this is
defined as char(1). In Clojure I have this function:
(defn downgrade-everyone [db]
"2012-11-10 - Let's start by saying no one is a top expert. In a later
step we will upgrade those users who are top winners."
(sql/with-connection db
(sql/update-values
:sf_guard_user_profile
[true]
{:is_top_winner 'f' })))
When I run the app, I get this error:
Exception in thread "main" java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Data truncation:
Data too long for column 'is_top_winner' at row 1
Can anyone tell me what is the problem here?
