I'm interested in doing this project. I have Common Lisp and Scheme experience (I completed a scheme gsoc project before) and I work with numpy all the time. Who can I contact about this? Any tips for the proposal? Some organizations seem to have their own set of requirements for the applicants so I'm posting to make sure I don't miss anything.
