If you can't find the answers to these questions anywhere, you either have not looked, or don't understand the questions. Either way, you will learn nothing from the answers you are getting. You probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a correct answer and one which is just a wind-up. Which category do you think Marko's answer comes into?
