I currently got two packages for Sublime aimed for Clojure.

Enhanched Clojure

ClojureDoc-Search
https://github.com/Foxboron/ClojureDoc-Search

Looking at the files you have made, it thought it could be a good idea to 
try incorporate all this into the Enhanced Clojure package, thus we get one 
package with good Clojure support.
I could possibly do some work and provide both Linux and Windows files for 
what you have allready done.
