Two more releases in the ongoing crusade to bring top-class numerical 
computing facilities to Clojure:

Key contents:
- New API function "fill!"
- First version of Dmitry's generic NDArray implementation (GSoC project)
- Lots of performance enhancements in vectorz-clj
- Various bug fixes
- Improved test suites
