I tend to use plain ol' maps for data structures but was showing someone defrecord the other day and had some questions about idiomatic usage:
Given: (defrecord Point [x y]) Which constructor form is considered more idiomatic: (Point. 10 10) or (->Point 10 10) Which accessor form is considered more idiomatic (assume pt is a Point record): (.x pt) or (:x pt) Are there (other) things regarding records for which idiomatic usage would not look just like maps? -- Sean A Corfield -- (904) 302-SEAN An Architect's View -- http://corfield.org/ World Singles, LLC. -- http://worldsingles.com/ "Perfection is the enemy of the good." -- Gustave Flaubert, French realist novelist (1821-1880) -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Clojure" group.
