Simplest way is to make the keywords regular expressions that look for a
"word boundary" after the keyword:
(def unambiguous-tokenizer-improved
(insta/parser
"sentence = token (<whitespace> token)*
<token> = keyword | !keyword identifier
whitespace = #'\\s+'
identifier = #'[a-zA-Z]+'
keyword = #'cond\\b' | #'defn\\b'"))
