Hello everybody :) I might be a bit too late, but I was interested in having a look at the Codexes project for the GSoC 2014 (as linked here http://dev.clojure.org/display/community/Project+Ideas ), however I do not know how to contact the mentor or how to find him (irc?), what are the required steps before submitting a proper proposal/application?
