Hi Alex, I opened an issue on github to address this.
https://github.com/danielsz/system/issues/2 I'll readily admit that I'm partial to the name. Like Component or Modular, it conveys genericity with double-entendre, at least to my ears. If it turns out too much of a hassle, I'll change it. Please feel free to suggest alternate names. Thank you.
