If you're not an Eclipse fan, note that there's also the Cursive IDE. It's
based on IntelliJ IDEA.

As far as I know, it does not - yet - come as a standalone product, but I'm
sure it's pretty easy to install the community edition first, and then
install the Cursive plugin on top of it following the instructions on the
Cursive site.

Hope you'll find that this plethora of choices allows you to continue your
Clojure experience on Windows ! :-)

A little tip : I've added recently an amusing addition to Counterclockwise
: you can drag & drop a folder cloned from github, or a github leiningen
based browser URL on top of it and it should automatically import / or open
the git clone wizard.
