The following snippet works

(fresh [?row ?col]
                        (fd/+ row 1 ?row)
                        (fd/+ col 1 ?col)
                        (membero {:row ?row :col ?col} data)))] ; check
existence of  {:row (?row + 1) :col (?col + 1)}

But I'm not sure if this isn't to verbose.

The question is: Is it really neccessary to bind to row and col or ist
there a shorter way ?

Regards
  Roger
