Yes, it is completely public. All there is to it is this big Google spreadsheet <http://www.dancancro.com/comparison-of-angularjs-application-starters>. I do it on my own time and don't get paid anything. My goals are to reduce the amount of time that is spent researching and choosing among technology options and also to get people to work together instead of competing and creating factions.
