Thanks Andy for the extra info and for logging the follow-up Jira! It looks like the exception changes are expected and are a potential improvement with line numbers etc. My the main goal was just to provide constructive feedback on here of the issues I faced investigating the upgrade of a fairly large code base from Clojure 1.6 to 1.7.
