If you’re an Emacs user, there’s the clj-refactor.el <https://github.com/clojure-emacs/clj-refactor.el> package (powered by the refactor-nrepl <https://github.com/clojure-emacs/refactor-nrepl> library). In my experience, Cursive <https://cursiveclojure.com/> has been pretty effective for refactoring (e.g., moving a file into a different directory and having all of the ns forms update appropriately).
