Interesting. The log4j-api is not needed. log4j-slf4j-impl directly
interfaces with log4j-core.
I would be interested in this too, it looks like async loggers are way
faster, and a factory for Log4j2 would be neat to add without passing by
the SLF4J bridge.
My current setup:
[org.clojure/tools.logging "0.3.1"]
[org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-api "2.6.2" :scope
"runtime"]
[org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-core "2.6.2" :scope
"runtime"]
[org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-jcl "2.6.2" :scope
"runtime"]
[org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-jul "2.6.2" :scope
"runtime"]
[org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-1.2-api "2.6.2"
:scope "runtime"]
[org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-slf4j-impl "2.6.2"
:scope "runtime"]
But I see there is not too much demand apparently :)
