AFAIK there are two options.
You can add a symbol after fn:
(let [fib (fn y [x]
(cond
(< x 2) x
:else (+ (y (- x 2)) (y (- x 1)))))]
(fib 5))
Or, as Bobby already suggested, you can use letfn:
(letfn [(fib [x]
(cond
(< x 2) x
:else (+ (fib (- x 2)) (fib (- x 1)))))]
(fib 5))
