Franck, Mimmo, I have made progress here: now Counterclockwise accepts overlapping source/resource/test/java-source paths, and resolves the conflicts by excluding the child paths from the parent paths. Also, I have made all declared paths optional, meaning that a missing src/clj path doesn't result in an Error in Eclipse. Finally, I have tweaked the embedded 2.3.4 embedded Leiningen version so that it displays the nREPL URL (as will the 2.4 Lein version when it will be released) => The REPL View is just one click away now!
