I use ClojureScript because I like Clojure and want to use it, but my work requires me to write code for the browser. ClojureScript allows me to wrote Clojure in the browser. I also never really got into and therefore never enjoyed writing Javascript, so this way I can still program for the browser and make use of the many great js libraries without actually having to use js itself.
I also love what people are building in ClojureScript (core.async, om, datascript, sente, rum, ... etc) and love the workflow of using figwheel and a browser repl. Overall it provides a (to me) more pleasant and enjoyable way to program for the browser than what Javascript gives me.
