When ClojureScript finds a list like

(ns myns.core)
;....
(myfun arg1....)

It is compiled to

myns.core.myfun.call(null, arg1, ....)

Why the .call? Why not:

myns.core.myfun(arg1, ...)

My first guess; to support

(myvector 1)

as

myns.core.myvector.call(null, 0...)

having something like

Vector.prototype.call = function (self, n) { return this.nth(n); }

Another other reason?
