We tried to use clonezilla-live-1.2.8-46-i686 to clone one RAID1 to another. Both are connected to the same controller Adaptec 39320.
Unfortunately it does not see raids as disks but only their members. So instead of 2 virtual disks, we had three - 1 from degraded raid and 2 from the new one. We even started cloning first partition from the first disk to the first disk of the new raid, but clonezilla hang with an error. We already solved this problem in another way. But I just wanted to share the expirience.
