For stable release, not really.
However, from Clonezilla live 1.2.10-12, we started to have a source
tarball. E.g. you can find them here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/clonezilla/files/clonezilla_live_testing/1.2.10-12/
The clonezilla-live-src-* are what you want I believe.
