thank you very much for answering to my question. Unfortunately your mentioned blog entry describes exactly the other direction (legacy to uefi). I instead need some sort of "downgrade" (uefi to legacy), as my Clonezilla Live HDD is not detected as bootable by an older NON-UEFI-enabled laptop.
