If I were seeing that to multiple targets, I'd check SMART on the source disk and RAM on the system being used to create the image.

The comuputer is a Lenovo 10AH ThinkCentre with 32GB of RAM, and I'm on my second (this one confirmed new) backup drive, so I'm not too convinced the drive has bad sectors.  The backup drive is 4TB in a USB drive enclosure, formatted GPT, NTFS file systm.  I'm trying to back up/clone 200GB from a 512GB drive, and that is down from 261GB (which presented the same problem).

Anyone else running into this problem?
