The proposal to merge ~bitfehler/cloud-init:bitfehler/arch-netplan into cloud-init:master has been updated.
Description changed to: The "netctl" support implemented in `arch.py` has a lot of limitations. In most cases I could not get it to work properly at all. However, I would like to keep backwards compatibility for people who may have bent it to their will and are successfully using it. Hence, the support is added in such a way that in absence of netplan on the system, the old netctl support will be used. For those who would like to use the new netplan renderer, I added an AUR package for netplan: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/netplan/ - if this is installed, the netplan renderer will be used.
