I've been out sick for a couple of days and haven't had a chance to look at
those old docs. If you find content that's not duplicated/updated in the newer
docs, and it seems like useful content, then it should be put into docbook in
the main /docs directory (not under the awsapi directory), so we can include it
in manuals.
