Need to install agent code on kvm host, you can grab a rpm build: http://jenkins.cloudstack.org/job/build-cloudstack-4.0-rhel6.3/12/artifact/CloudStack-oss-4.0.12-rhel6.3.tar.gz, then unzip, ./install.sh, choose to install agent.
