Pradeep - Do we still use compiler.jar anywhere (even though it's not in the
source tree anymore)?
If we use a library, we should keep it in the LICENSE for now. If we don't use
it at all, then yes... it should be removed from the descriptor.xml file.
Ping me if you want to make that change, since I'm still using a locally edited
version of Whisker to generate LICENSE and NOTICE.
