The build number can be fully customized on jenkins now, as we don't use
hudsonbuild any more. e.g.
http://jenkins.cloudstack.org/job/build-4.0-ubuntu1204/ and
http://jenkins.cloudstack.org/job/build-4.0-rhel63/
