@Abhinav: can you share with me your setup or test that cloud*vmware-base.jar
and cloud*vmware.jar are in /usr/share/java and theirs paths are defined and
the classpath exported in /etc/cloud/management/classpath.conf?
The class is defined in the vmware-plugin, it can only arise if the agent
artifact is unable to locate/load the
com.cloud.storage.resource.PremiumSecondaryStorageResource class
