Building installation guide is broken.
Start with this command:
publican build --langs=en-US --formats=html --config=publican-installation.cfg
results in the following error:
Validation failed:
hypervisor-host-install-agent.xml:41: validity error : IDREF attribute linkend
references an unknown ID "host-add"
