We have a requirement placed on us as a podling, that we include "-incubating"
in release numbers. This includes our documentation. Also, we are officially
releasing as 4.0.0-incubating, not 4.0.
I noticed that both the book titles and the file names of the generated docs
refer to the release as 4.0. It should be 4.0.0-incubating.
