Install Guide: Section 2.5: Notes that you can skip secondary storage if you 
are using local disks.

I'm not sure this is the case.  I thought local disk was only for primary 
storage.

We should also reword that section to talk about local storage as an option 
more generally...  since it's now a feature that can be enabled.
