In the Admin Guide section "Working with Storage," the headings "Primary
Storage" and "Secondary Storage" contain only the intro paragraphs. The
sub-sections are not present (compare to previous guides). Need to add
<include> statements to pull in those files. Careful: the files
about-primary-storage.xml and about-secondary-storage.xml are already included
in the Cloud Infrastructure Concepts part of the book, so don't re-include
those here or it will break the build. Just xref to them -- or move them here
and use xrefs in that Concepts chapter.
