Since it looks like OVM is not going to be restored / fixed by
4.0.0-incubating, I've gone ahead and removed this section, along with any
other sections in the documentation that refer to OVM. Added a note pointing to
CLOUDSTACK-368 (OVM - cannot create guest VM) and noted that the functionality
is not present in this release.
In as much as possible, I've made the changes non-destructively. Instead of
completely removing files specific to OVM, I've simply commented them out. In
most cases, I've just used Publican/DocBook comments to elide the text that
refers to OVM for now.
