Update docs on the usage of cloud-setup-databases;
Users can now explicitly specify cluster management server node IP which is
by default picked up by using the IP on the lowest nic (eth0)
Example:
cloud-setup-database user:passwd@dbhost -i 192.168.1.10, or
cloud-setup-database user:passwd@dbhost --mshost 192.168.1.10
