I see. I followed the instructions in an email to -dev with the subject "Review
and Testing request: All documents! Sign up for your part on the wiki" sent on
october the 17th referencing

If the links on that wiki page are no longer the relevant ones, perhaps they
should be updated.
Looking in the PDF available from
http://jenkins.cloudstack.org/job/docs-4.0/143/, the original issue is still
present, however the page numbering has changed somewhat. The references are on
page 23, 26 and 31 (numbered in the pdf as 19, 22 and 27 respectively)
