That would indeed work, but how does this going to work with other
loadbalancers then a NetScaler? They will all probably have their own ways of
doing these things.
Since HAProxy in the Virtual Router also supports health monitoring we also
should include it there.
This is assuming that CloudStack will only push a configuration profile,
nothing more (or less).
