The “messages_fr_FR.propreties” you added at 2012-10-08 crashes French-enabled
browser.
It has invalid character(quote) inside.
Please remove “messages_fr_FR.propreties” or ask whoever provided
“messages_fr_FR.propreties” to correct it(i.e. remove quote from
“messages_fr_FR.propreties” ).
