Description:
Current implementation of ELB in CloudStack is different in semantics from ELB
of AWS. Elastic Load Balancing in AWS automatically scales its request handling
capacity in response to incoming application traffic. In contrast, CloudStack
does not provide the ability to auto-scale the request handling capacity.
This feature request is to enhance ELB as implemented in CloudStack to support
auto-scale the request handling capability.
