Don't believe there is any existing documentation for this feature.
The previous functionality, dedicating an entire zone to a domain, might be
documented in the CloudStack Installation Guide in the section "Basic Zone
Configuration" as follows: "Dedicated. When marked as dedicated, this device
will be dedicated to a single account ..." Should "account" be changed to
"domain" there, or is this sentence talking about a different feature?
